Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the sales and operations activities of department store counters.
• Conduct sales presentations, proposal presentations and negotiations with clients.
• Manage a team of sales promoters to achieve sales targets.
• Generating sales and responsible for day to day post sales activities.
• Professionally handle all customers’ request and inquiries and follow up matters related to sales.
• Manage promotion events from start to end including day to day running of the event.
• Reconcile all paperwork, invoices and maintain proper records.
• Prepare reports as required by management.
• Other activities as required.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any business administration related studies or equivalent qualifications.
• Age 25-35. Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in Sales.
• Must be able to speak & write in English and Malay.
• Can start work immediately (preferably).
• Aggressive, self-motivated and have the initiative to pursue sales.
• Able to work under pressure and independently.
• Experience managing a Sales team is an added advantage.
• Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and E-mail.
• Must possess valid driving license and own transport.
• Must be willing to travel for work and perform OT when required.
